One Conan gets money, another Conan gets cast, Hulk is not a villain in today’s geek news.


Louis Leterrier told MTV Splash Page that making the Hulk the only villain in an Avengers film would be “too simplistic.” He went on to say that he doesn’t see the Hulk “killing people and being villainous of his own free will,” and “when he was the villain, he was always controlled by Loki or someone else, and it was never of his own doing.”

Jason Momoa has been cast as Conan the Barbarian in the new upcoming film. (via Deadline Hollywood)


TNT has ordered ten episodes of Steven Spielberg’s untitled TV show about a post-alien invasion Earth. (via Sci-Fi Wire)

Conan O’Brien and NBC have finallized O’Brien’s exit deal. O’Brien will leave with $45 million, $33 million will go to Conan while the rest will go to his staff. Conan may not host another show until September.  His last show airs tonight. (via Slashfilm)
