Hawkman, an X-Men Singer, no more Word, and two Spocks in today’s geek news.


The next DC Comics Superhero movie Warner Bros. makes, after Green Lantern, could be Hawkman. (via Slashfilm)

Bryan Singer, director of X-Men 1&2, has signed on to direct the prequel, X-Men: First Class. (via Comic Book Resources)


The two Spocks are back together again. Zachary Quinto and Leonard Nimoy are both providing their voices to the upcoming Star Trek MMO. (via Joystiq and Big Download)


Microsoft needs to stop selling the current verison of Word by January 11. (via Reuters)
