First appearing in JSA Secret Files #2 in September 2001, Roulette, the grand daughter of a golden age villain of the same name, ran “The House” a casino where super villains bet on brain-washed Superhero v. brain-washed Superhero fights. She would then kidnap the entire Justice Society of America, to have them fight in the “The House.” The JSA would later gain the upper hand, and destroyed “The House.”

She would later attack the current Mister Terrific, Michael Holt, stating that he was a poor imitation of her grand father, who she believes is Terry Sloane, the original Mister Terrific. Who her grand father really is is a mystery, but Terry Sloane and his brother Ned are the most likely. Terry because she stated he was and he also fought the original Roulette, Veronica Sinclair’s grandmother. And his brother, Ned, because was romantically involved with the original Roulette.

As a┬árelatively┬ánew character, Roulette has made very few appearences in mediums other than comics. She appeared Justice League Unlimited episodes “The Cat and the Canary” and “Grudge Match.” She was, just as in the comics, brain-washing heroes to fight each other in order to make money. She was voiced by Virginia Madsen.
